This Chilli Infused Drinking Chocolate is influenced by a traditional Mexican drink. A subtle blend of fine original cocoa with a hint of dried chilli, which adds a delicious, complex note of slight heat to the deep smooth cocoa notes.

Made using most of the cocoa bean. The high cocoa butter content gives the cocoa a remarkable textural mouth feel when it blends with hot milk.
